Abstract

In recent years, the field of physical culture and sports has become particularly relevant. The holding of the Olympic Games, the World competitions in various sports has helped to renew not only the technical base of high-achievement sports facilities, but also facilities for mass sports. It is logistics that solves the problem of an integrated approach to improving the quality of their service. Therefore, every sports organization needs strong, professional training, which includes logistics competence, to improve service and meet customer needs. Therefore, the development of theoretical and methodological aspects and the disclosure of the specifics of the formation of logistical competence in the process of professional training of future trainers-teachers are relevant today. Objective: to develop and characterize the main pedagogical conditions of formation of logistical competence of athletics trainers. Research methods: analysis and generalization of data of scientific and methodological literature and information sources of the Internet; study and systematization of the educational-professional program "Physical Culture and Sports" of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 017 "Physical Culture and Sports”. Scientific novelty: there are developed and characterized pedagogical conditions and technologies of effective formation of logistic competence of future athletics trainers. Conclusions. In the article it is substantiated the importance of the logistic approach in the field of physical culture and sports. The main pedagogical conditions that underlie the model of formation of logistical competence of future trainers-teachers such as conditions-preconditions, situational conditions and conditions-requirements are characterized. The main logistical competencies of future specialists in physical culture and sports are highlighted. The main levels of motivation for the formation of logistics competence are identified. Methods and technologies of formation of logistic competence of future athletics trainers are characterized. Our further research on this topic will be the experimental implementation of the model of formation of logistics competence in the training of future trainers-teachers.
