Abstract

This article presents the particularities of the manifestation of conflicts in early education institutions, the types of conflicts that occur in kindergartens, conflict prevention strategies and types of reaction when a person is involved in a conflict. The article highlights some of the reasons for the conflicts, as well as the premises for their appearance. Conflicts between preschoolers are the most common, they arise from the small group, the main reasons being the need for affirmation, the need for autonomy, the need for self-realization, the need for self-defense. The teaching staff has an essential role in resolving conflicts, both in the classroom and in the relationship with the parents of preschoolers. The article presents examples of conflicts between the manager of a preschool educational institution and the teaching staff, as well as examples of conflicts between teachers.
