Abstract
Oils were extracted from the petals, stamens, and pistils of blossoms from two citrus species and from the petals and pistils of blossoms from a third by steam distillation. Analyses were performed using the techniques of gas-liquid chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, i.r. spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. Thirty-eight compounds were isolated and identified.
