Abstract
The dissolution test is required for tablet formulations in the view to test the place of dissolution, the time needed for this process, and the model of dissolution. The determination of the disintegration and dissolution first order constants is important. The values of these constants must be reliably assayed. In order to assay, continuously, the activity of an ion in the solution, ion-selective membrane electrodes offer better advantages to simply carry out these dissolution tests.
