Abstract
The aim of FrameNet technique is to create the database of knowledge about words and frameworks. The sentences choosen from database and FrameNet corpus used as a lexicon source for different languages are able to be transferred into another language. In this study, the design and application of FrameNet have been carried out and the semantic and syntactic properties of the words have been shown together with thematic role analyses determined with lattices in the implementation phase. The sentences choosen from English FrameNet corpus have been transferred into Turkish. In other words; planning, designing and implementing of Turkish FrameNet where compatible lexical entries are made with FrameNet input existing for Turkish nouns, verbs and adjectives have been realized. The study is closely related with formal concept analysis.
