Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is the heart muscle necrosis based on the affection of coronary artery.It's pathogenetic condition is dangerous,affection is rapid and ease fatality is high.It's morbility presents tendency of ascensus year by year in our country.It threatens people's life and health serious,especially the elders.Improving the lever of nursing based on fully therapy is very important to depress the case fatality of the patents with AMI in elders.This article is overview about the nursing progress of Acute Myocardial Infarction in elders.
