Abstract

This paper reviews the types of disturbances caused by Pulse Burst Modulation Control and explains a number of remedial methods which help eliminate or reduce the undesirable d.c. injection in the power network and the generation of current pulses within the neutral wire. The need for adequate standards is emphasized.
