Abstract

Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the need for intelligent automation in in-store pickup services and explore its potential benefits in improving operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Objective: The objective is to analyze the existing literature on automation in retail, examine case studies, identify the challenges and solutions for implementing automation, and anticipate the future of automation in the retail industry. By conducting a comprehensive analysis, the study seeks to highlight the importance of intelligent automation in driving the growth and success of the retail sector.
