Abstract
The NA-2 neutron generator, developed for use in activation analysis in the Central Research Institute for Physics, was described in an earlier paper 1, in 1965. Keeping the basic design concepts unaltered but utilizing the practical experiences obtained during this one-year period of operation several modifications have been made in the construction on to improve the operational parameters of the equipment. In the present paper this improved type and its applications are described.
