Abstract

This article tends to draw out the working procedures of international trade rules regarding trade contract that gets executed between parties located in two different countries. While doing so, the article analyses the existing trade rules and practices, examines their suitability in the globalised world and finally recommends for a uniform codification of international trade rules and practices in a single treaty, which can easily be made accessible for all trading parties concerned in achieving global prosperity through trade.
