Abstract

The first stage of the formation of nanoparticles was described by a kinetic equation. The solution to the kinetic equation was a Gauss-type function. The critical size of nanoparticles below which their solution and above which their growth could occur was determined. Changes in the size of nanoparticles with time and the rate of size changes were calculated.
