Abstract

In China, engineering project management has experienced three different stages, and gradually explores the management mode in line with the national standards. In recent years, in the research of management mode, researchers focus on the change of managers' behavior -- gradually from the traditional positive leadership behavior to the negative leadership behavior. Therefore, this study takes the employees in the state-owned enterprise project management as the research object, and the research object is mainly concentrated in Shaanxi area. The objective is to investigate the impact of abusive management on job performance, and explore the mediating role of employees' perception of abusive management. This paper is based on Likert five level measurement methods to establish a closed item measurement scale for specific analysis. In order to make the measurement of this study effective and feasible, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by SPSS software. The reliability was mainly measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the validity was tested by KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) test and Bartlett's spherical test. Finally, the correlation test and regression analysis are used to judge whether it can achieve statistical significance.
