Abstract

The vision of a community with a shared future for mankind is a major theoretical innovation of Marxism and China’s diplomatic thought by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly expounds the connotation of the “community with a shared future for mankind”, which is to build “a world of lasting peace, universal security, common prosperity, openness, inclusiveness, cleanness and beauty”.
