Abstract
Magnetophonon extrema are reported for the first time in the Hall coefficient. With weak electric fields and high lattice temperatures, minima are found at the resonant fields with n-type InSb and InAS but maxima are found at these fields with n-type GaAs. Under hot electron conditions at low lattice temperatures, magnetophonon peaks are also observed in the all coefficient with GaAs.
