Abstract
Ecological problems have severely affected the sustainable development of Chinas economy and society, and the low-carbon economy model an effective way that balances environmental protection and economy development. institutional restriction, planning, the entire society's attention and participation, and positively participation into international communication and cooperation shall be taken into consideration to develop the low-carbon economy and promote the improvement and protection of ecological environment.
