Abstract
AbstractLockheed Missiles & Space Company's (LMSC's) Space Systems Division (SSD) has long felt a need to train system engineers, to continue to develop and improve the system engineering and integration skills which are our hallmark. As part of our commitment to system engineering training, our division established a formal System Engineering Training (SET) program, designed to provide intensive system engineering training to a small group of young engineers, who would then go throughout the division, working on different programs and sharing the knowledge they had gained. The following paper provides a more detailed description of the SET program.
