Abstract

the article is devoted to the study of the level of satisfaction of higher education students with various aspects of the organization of online education. The results of a survey of 124 applicants representing various higher education institutions of Ukraine are presented. It is shown that the main parameters that must be taken into account when organizing online training are: training platform, content, communication organization, schedule organization, evaluation and reporting, technical support, motivation. Each of these aspects has its own characteristics and requires attention and systematic support. The most optimal way of researching the level of satisfaction with the organization of online education is a questionnaire, as a research method that allows you to quickly and flexibly obtain information about new topics in the field of education. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was determined that the applicants are most satisfied with the evaluation and reporting, the quality of the educational content, the organization of communication and the platform for learning. Applicants consider the organization of the schedule, technical support of the educational process, and support of educational motivation to be unsatisfactory.
