Abstract

The discussion of the Article focuses on new information and communication technologies and their impact on the functioning of modern States and information societies and on technological threats to the information security of the State. The main focus of the study is the domestic legal regulation on the concept of information and communication infrastructure of the State and the normative requirements and standards of its security, as well as an analysis of the views of the local science of various disciplines of knowledge in the area of information security of the State.
