Abstract
For a long time, Iraqi universities have paid great attention to the study of political figures, because of their great impact in revealing the secrets and facts of these figures, with the aim of studying their political and national outcomes, and this study is a continuation of what researchers have done in unveiling the national figures working in The political arena, and the study of their lives and their impact in that field. Hamid Alwan Al-Jubouri was one of those who worked hard to spread Arab nationalism, combat colonialism, and call for Arab unity.
