Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of digital etiquette among students of the University of Al-Muthanna and to identify the differences in digital etiquette according to the variable (gender - academic specialization - academic stage), and the research sample consisted of (400) students from the University of Al-Muthanna For the morning study and for the academic year (2021-2022), the researchers built a digital etiquette scale and applied the tool to the research sample and analyzed the answers, and the research results revealed that the research sample individuals have a high level of digital etiquette and there are no statistically significant differences depending on the gender And the presence of statistically significant differences according to the variable of academic specialization and in favor of the scientific specialization at the expense of the humanitarian specialization, and the presence of statistically significant differences according to the variable of the study stage and in favor of the fourth stage at the expense of the second stage and in light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
