Abstract

1. The kinetics of the change in cyclic inelastic deformations in 45 and 1Kh13 steels were investigated with a steady and a programmed change in load and it was shown that the value of the inelastic deformation depends upon the stress level and the number of load cycles. 2. It was established that in steady tests the rule of distribution of the stabilized values of inelastic deformation per cycle for each specific load level is close to the normal. 3. The relationship of the stabilized value of inelastic deformation per cycle to stress for 45 and 1Kh13 steels may be presented in the form of a straight line taking into account probability.
