Abstract
Objective To investigate the requirement of minority patients on outpatient clinic service and the related influence factors.Methods A total of 145 minority patients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of self-designed questionnaire of 145 minority patients was 33.99±4.13.The most important requirement was to be enhanced the nurses' diathesis and the circumstance of treatment.Conclusions The outpatient services levels and quality should be strengthened,and improve the patient's treatment,raise patients'satisfaction.
