Abstract
For balanced socio-economic development of industrial enterprises of Russian regions proposed integrated continuous professional education system (NIPOS) training, which involves the interaction of secondary and higher education institutions with industry. Theoretical and practical training, as well as scientific and practical activities in an innovative educational system implemented throughout the life ways of man: the pupil – student – Specialist (employee). The principles of the interaction of socio-economic activities in systems with integrated educational system that promotes the formation and development of knowledge, skills and abilities, which is a determining factor in the growth of the modern industrial enterprise. NIPOS can become the basic educational integrated structure, forming a knowledge economy industrial region.

Согласно Концепции социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации до 2020 года и национального проекта «Образование», одним из направлений развития системы образования является организация и развитие интегрированных инновационных программ, решающих кадровые и исследовательские задачи развития современной экономики [5, 6].
