Abstract
Inoculation of CELO virus into embryos 9 days before infectious bronchitis (IB) virus caused a reduction and retardation of replication of IB virus as compared with embryos not previously inoculated with CELO virus. If CELO virus was inoculated 1 or 4 days before IB virus there was no effect on the replication of IB virus. The neutralization of CELO virus by homologous antiserum eliminated its inhibitory effect on IB virus replication. The nature of this inhibition is discussed.
