Abstract

This study intends to justify the variables of work motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership style on employee work discipline partially or simultaneously. This research is based on the reality that exists in the situation where the motivation variable has an increasing effect on employee work discipline, as well as organizational commitment and leadership style variables.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative technique. And using the method of distributing questionnaires to 69 employees of PT. Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama Sidoarjo is like collecting data. The data analysis method used in this study is to use multiple regression analysis. By means of sample collection using simple random sampling method using the number of samples taken using the population requires the Slovin formula method.The results of this study prove two opinions, namely: first, that work motivation partially affects employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-count value of 4.074 > t-table 1.668. Organizational commitment has an effect on employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.295> 0.05 and a t-count value of 1.057 <t-table 1.668. And leadership style has an effect on employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.001> 0.05 and a t-count value of 3.414> t-table i1.668. Second, simultaneously, the variables of work motivation, organizational commitment, and leadership style affect employee work discipline with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and an f value of 74.260 > f table 2.74.
