Abstract
Background: The excellent performance of hospital employees can help them complete the tasks given by the company on time. Employee performance, such as the culture of professionalism, easy service, friendliness, and trust, are needed to achieve the 'hospital's goal. This study aimed to analyze the influence of current work culture values on the performance of the management staff of Mitra Bangsa Hospital. Methods: This study used a quantitative research method. The population in this study was all management staff at the Mitra Bangsa Hospital, totalling 45 staff. The sample used in this research was obtained using a nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Researchers used this sampling technique because the population was 45 people. Saturation sampling was carried out with a sample of 45 management staff. This study used partial least squares (PLS) to analyze the data. Results: The study found that work culture, including professionalism, teamwork, innovation, and exemplary, has a positive and significant effect on staff performances of quality and quantity, responsibility, collaboration, and initiative with p-values < 0.05. Conclusion: The work cultures of professionalism, teamwork, innovation, and exemplary had positive and significant effects on staff performance with quality and quantity, responsibility, collaboration, and initiative at Mitra Bangsa Hospital.
