Abstract

The boundary deformation reverberation chamber is a new reverberation chamber technology. By changing the boundary position of the chamber, a statistically uniform, isotropic and randomly polarized electromagnetic environment can be obtained. This paper proposes a method to realize the boundary deformation of the reverberation chamber. The influence of the number and configuration of transmitting antennas on the uniformity of the electric field in space was explored. The results show that the uniformity of electric field in reverberation chamber does not show a strict positive correlation with the number of antennas. In order to improve the statistical uniformity of space electric field, the position and number of transmitting antennas need to be optimized.
