They reflected the problem of the intensive necessity for a quick rebuilding after the ruin resulted from the war. Those values had succeeded to a great extent to deal with this problem and introduce designing visions reacting with the developing human requirements.modernism is considered as one of the most important design trends that emerged during the 20th century. Its applied works are still internationally acceptable and influential. Hence relies the significance of the research. The main research problem is the loss of the logical vision in Modernism Movement value analysis and its influence on the following design trends which are considered contemporary nowadays. This methodology is subjected to evaluation criteria aiming at achieving balance between the aesthetic dimension and the beneficial one. This is already fulfilled concerning the functional theory in confront to the contemporary economical problem. A condition that led to an international, intellectual communication amongst the design trends.
