Abstract

he article says that the development of domestic industrial poultry farming at this stage involves the introduction of advanced technologies at different stages of the production cycle, starting from the incubation egg to the production of a full-fledged viable day-old chicken. The article presents data on changes in the quality indicators of incubation eggs after excessive, long-term storage before the incubation process, analyzes the causes of embryo death at different stages of development, determines the quality of a day-old chicken, its safety up to 10 days of age and the state of the immune system before the cycle of routine vaccinations of the broiler herd.
