Abstract

This study aims to: 1) know and analyze the effect of competence on teacher performance, 2) know and analyze the effect of learning facilities on teacher performance, 3) know and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance, 4) know and analyze the influence of teacher competence and learning facilities on teacher performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted on teachers of State Elementary School 03 Pagi Pancoran District, South Jakarta City with a research sample of 40 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of teacher competence on teacher performance, 2) there is an influence of learning facilities on teacher performance, 3) there is an influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance, 4) there is an influence of teacher competence, learning facilities and organizational commitment together on teacher performance, 5) organizational commitment cannot affect teacher competence on teacher performance, 6) organizational commitment cannot affect teacher competence and learning facilities to teacher performance.
