Abstract

This research was made to find out and analyze the factors that influence Learning Motivation in the form of Teacher Communication Style, Teacher Credibility, and Use of E-learning. The technique used in this study is the technique of sampling and data to collect data with a Likert scale of 5 scores / points. Data collection in this study used an open questionnaire with 200 respondents and was calculated using SPSS 26.0 software and Amos 22.0. The three hypotheses that have been made in this study are accepted. H1 shows that the Teacher Communication Style variable has a Critical Ratio (CR) value of 5.312> 1.96 which means the research hypothesis is approved or the hypothesis is accepted. H2 shows that the Teacher Credibility variable has a Critical Ratio (CR) value of 4.701> 1.96 which means the research hypothesis is approved or the hypothesis is accepted. H3 shows that the use of E-learning variable has a Critical Ratio (CR) value of 3.698 <1.96, which means that the research hypothesis is approved.
