Abstract
This study aims to analyse the effect of supervision, teamwork, human resource development, career development on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods, using primary and secondary data. Data collection by distributing questionnaires online. The population in the study amounted to 113 employees and the research sample amounted to 88. Researchers use statistical analysis in processing data. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously the results showed that supervision, teamwork, human resource development, career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
