Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle activities and practices on improving the accuracy of access record in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were selected. According to the difference of nursing program, they were divided into study group and control group, 40 cases of each group.Patients in the study group were managed by quality control circle, while those in the control group were managed by routine nursing.The accuracy of the record of the quantity in and out, quality of care and the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) at admission and discharge between the two groups were compared. Results After the quality control circle nursing intervention, the accuracy of the record of the amount of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). At discharge, 6MWT was increased in both groups, but the improvement was more pronounced in the study group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction, return call rate and bedside care implementation rate of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Quality control circle activities and practices can significantly improve the accuracy of patient access records, ensure the quality of nursing intervention.It is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
