Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion regulation of gynecological tumor patients. Methods A total of 46 cases of gynecological tumor patients admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as research objects.Among them, 22 patients admitted from June 2015 to June 2016 were taken as the control group, and 24 patients admitted from July 2016 to June 2017 were taken as the research group.The study group adopted standardized psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of negative emotions in the two groups were compared 24 hours after admission, 24 hours before discharge and 3 months after discharge. Results The total score of mental state of the patients in the study group was significantly reduced 24 hours before discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Anxiety, depression, anger and total scores of the patients in the study group all decreased significantly 3 months after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted and standardized psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of gynecological tumor patients, which provides a new idea for the nursing of clinical gynecological tumor patients.
