Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of Motivation, family environment, and peers on student discipline. The subjects used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, class of 2018 which amounted to 100 students. The data collection method in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis method using Instrument test, hypothesis test, normality test, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that Motivation, family environment, and peers have a positive and significant effect on student discipline. The conclusion of this study is that Motivation, family environment, and peers affect student discipline simultaneously and partially. The proposed advice is that students are expected to always apply dissipation wherever they are, and all parties must participate in improving the dissipate. The researchers are expected to look for other variables that affect student discipline
