Abstract

The significance of organizational culture in determining the success of an organization cannot be understated, and leadership plays a crucial role in shaping it. Furthermore, the literature review has identified the importance of studying other variables such as organizational commitment and workplace motivation. This research aims to examine how different leadership styles impact organizational culture, organizational commitment, and workplace motivation. A survey questionnaire was administered, incorporating established measurement scales, resulting in 541 responses that were subsequently analyzed using the SmartPLS tool. The findings of the study revealed that various leadership styles have varying effects on organizational culture, commitment, and work motivation. Notably, autocratic leadership was found to have a negative impact on these outcomes. The study also offers practical implications and proposes avenues for future research in this domain.
