Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Influence of Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Behavior Learning to level of understanding. This study was conducted over three months, starting in October to December 2019. The research method used is survey with quantity approach. The population in this study is the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta totaling 200 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature techniques and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS software version 3. PLS (Partial Least Square) with structural equation analysis (SEM). Results showed that each variable has the same effect. It can be said, if the high level of understanding then of course have intellectual intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Behavior Learning perceived. Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Behavior Learning good course will produce a high level of understanding. The above description shows that there are significant jointly and significant correlation between Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Behavior Study.
