Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of humanized nursing during perioperative period on treatment compliance and quality of life for patients with bladder cancer. Methods A total of 42 cases of patients with resection of the bladder were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method.The observation group received regular treatment during perioperative period, while the patients of the control group were given humanized nursing.The treatment compliance, quality of life, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction of the patients of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction and the treatment compliance of the patients of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05), the score of SAS(Self-rating Anxiety Scale) and SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale)was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the score of SF-36 quality of life scale was obviously higher than that of the control group, the occurrence of complications was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing given to the patients with bladder cancer during the perioperative period can promote the patients' treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, meanwhile, it can reduce the complications, and improve the patients' negative emotions and their quality of life.
