Abstract

Globalization and regionalization are inherent aspects of the contemporary economy. They bring many benefits, but also many threats, especially for less developed national economies. These phenomena had a significant impact on the strategies of Polish enterprises, starting with the systemic transformation in the early 1990s, which ended the period of the non-market economy. The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of globalization and regionalization on international strategies of Polish companies. The thesis was confirmed that Polish companies are getting better at coping with the challenges of globalization and regionalization.
