Abstract
The main goal of presented work was the analysis of a flow of viscoplastic materials during an axisymmetric extrusion process under various friction and strain rate conditions. The experiments were done using the superplastic materials showing the viscoplastic properties if deformed at certain temperatures and strain rates. The comparison of superplastic deformation with the traditional hot forming was presented. The quantitative analysis of a field of strains of deformed superplastic materials in function of different friction conditions was performed.
