Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on IVF pregnancy rates of overweight and obesity patients.Methods The 149 cases of overweight and obese patients receiving IVF were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group was underwent comprehensive nursing intervention,control group was received routine nursing.Results The clinical manifestations and SDS and SAS scores of experimental group were better than those of control group Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention on IVF pregnancy rates of overweight and obesity patients can improve BMI index,reduce the incidence of moderate and severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and increase the incidence of clinical pregnancy and embryo implantation,enhance clinical outcomes in patients.
