Abstract

Education is also one of the efforts to create quality human resources so that they can face the challenges of a world that continue to grow rapidly. This study aims to find out how Students' Learning Motivation, Class Management, and Time Management are in online learning on Indonesian language subjects during the COVID-19 pandemic in high schools in Sirimau District, Ambon City, and to determine the effect of classroom management, and time management on students' learning motivation. in online learning in Indonesian during the COVID-19 pandemic in high schools throughout Sirimau District, Ambon City. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the Class Management variable in Indonesian online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in SMA in Sirimau District, Ambon City, is in the very low qualification or category. Then the Time Management variable is in the low qualification or category and the Learning Motivation of SMA students in Sirimau District, Ambon City is in the very low qualification or category. Furthermore, based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of Fhitung = 17,565>Ftabel = 3,02 with a significance value of 0,000 < α =0,05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Class Management and Time Management together affect Student Learning Motivation in Indonesian Language lessons at SMA Sirimau Subdistrict, Ambon City.
