Abstract
The effect of endogenous bile flow on pancreatic secretion in man was investigated. A close correlation between bilirubin and enzyme content in the duodenal juice was established. Intraduodenal application of cattle bile and pure bile salts produced a significant increase in the entire pancreatic secretion.
