The influence of bedside nurses working on complications and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of bedside nurses working on complications and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the observation and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group received bedside nursing care on the basis of the control group,the two groups were compared with complications and quality of life.Results Infection,bedsore and deep vein thrombosis complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The quality of life score in body function,mental function,social function,material life condition before discharge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Bedside nurses working can meet the need of cerebral infarction,facilitate the detection of the condition,be helpful to reduce the complications,improve the quality of life.
