Abstract
Among the many demands placed on the busy corporate practitioner, communication training of staff can be seen as either a difficult personal responsibility, or an expensive, delegated one. The Industrial Society is attempting to come to the rescue with the CD‐ROM package Top Training. The package draws on the Society's extensive catalogue of video and other resources to provide a customised ensemble of materials for a wide range of needs. The topics covered range from basic functional training in customer relations to strategic management issues. Topics covered include appraisal, coaching, customer relations, stress, team work and time management.
