Abstract
While combatting the nonpareil crisis with smattering knowledge the Kerala government was under fire for transferring the medical data of its citizens to wane the incessant death rate in the state. While the state believed to be in the interest of its people, the furore of Kerala forced the government to retract its decision. While the authors believe that due to these unprecedented times it is pertinent that the civilians should relinquish their right to privacy to a certain degree, they are cognizant of the blemishes that prevail in the health infrastructure of India. With a few bulwarks however, the authors feel that sharing of medical data will be advent in routing the virus that has upended the entire world.
