Abstract

State organizational policies regulate the continuous development of teachers/leaders to promote quality education. The teaching and management staff is the leader and promoter of state policies. Management, in this context, is the interpersonal influence towards the achievement of certain goals. Leadership in education is more than an act of leadership, it is the relationship of qualitative change, where the leader takes responsibility for accomplishing tasks. Leadership is qualitative change, task and person focus, inspiration, and mobilization.
