Abstract
The tip credit controversy stems from recent minimum wage bills that have been brought before the U.S. Congress. These bills would re duce or eliminate the tip credit provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The purpose of this article is to present the results of recent research conducted by the author to determine the probable impact of tip credit repeal on various segments of the food service industry.—R.M.K.
