Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of supply chain integration on operational performance as mediated by supply chain risk management. This study is an empirical investigation of Jati Sari furniture in Yogyakarta's Special Region. This study takes a quantitative approach with a post-positivist paradigm, and the sample size is 45 people. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect the necessary information. The data analysis method employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMARTPLS 4 software. According to the findings of this study, supply chain integration has a positive and significant impact on operational performance, as well as supply chain risk management. The p-values for all hypotheses are all less than 0.05, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted.
