Abstract
This article identifies and clarifies the range of psychosocial issues facing women who are in serodiscordant relationships, the term applied when one partner is HIV positive and one partner is HIV negative. The discussion, based on findings from an empirical study, provides a conceptual framework for practitioners providing direct services to women in serodiscordant relationships.
